The Service uses Google's Gemini API to provide AI-powered tool recommendations based on your natural language queries. AI Nexus does not host, own, or operate any of the third-party AI tools listed in its recommendations.
3. API Key Usage (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key)
To use the AI-powered search feature, you must provide your own Google Gemini API key. Your API key is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and is transmitted only to Google's Gemini API servers. AI Nexus never collects, stores, or transmits your API key to any other server. You are solely responsible for the security of your API key and for any usage charges incurred through Google's API.
4. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI Nexus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI tool recommendations. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any third-party tools, websites, or services recommended through the platform.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the Service. You are responsible for evaluating any AI tools you discover through the Service before using them, including reviewing their own terms of service and privacy policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AI Nexus, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party tools discovered through it.
